RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Order cancellations are accepted before the items ship.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads

Returns are only allowed if there is a mistake in the order or the fabric is not as described. Thank you for understanding. :)
International Buyers: Returns from outside of the USA WILL NOT be accepted due to customs fees. International customers are responsible for any and all duties & customs charges that may be incurred.

Taxes are charged for the State of Idaho, and other states as required by State and Federal Law.

Patterns ship first class stamped envelope unless otherwise requested.
GENERAL Domestic shipping costs:
1 yard - $4.00 (About 7 oz.)
2 yards - $6.25 (About 13-14 oz.)
3 yards - $6.99 - 1 pound or more ships USPS Priority (USPS requirement)

PLEASE NOTE:
We ship almost every week day unless we are on vacation, check our announcements and Facebook page for updates! Orders are usually processed first thing in the morning. On a busy weekend or around holidays we sometimes take an extra day to get caught up. I have a delightful mail lady who does not complain!
Quilt backs and flannel shipping is slightly more. They are very heavy compared to 44/45" fabric and I must use the larger priority mail boxes which run $14 - $22. I have priced the Quilt backs super low to make this a good deal for you and won't bankrupt me in shipping. :)

INTERNATIONAL: You need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in our control and we have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For more information, contact your local customs agency. You are responsible for any fees your country or brokerage imposes at the time of delivery.
