Create pinwheels by simply sewing 3.5" together! Perfect for using up your scraps!

Product includes tool, instructions for use, and pattern for the 12.75"x9.25" Tiny Pinwheel Quilt, which was made with (24) 3.5″ squares or 2 or more 3.5" strips and (2) 2.25" strips for the border. A 28 mm rotary cutter is recommended but not required. You can pick up some replacement blades here.
