Lori Holt Bee Happy Quilt Kit! Uses her basics and Bee Backgrounds fabrics!
We have sold so many of Lori's Vintage Christmas and Bake sale kits, we decided to bring back Bee Happy!! Mom made it 3 times (one for her, one for me, and one for my sister) and its SEW cute! Plus it's with Lori's basics, so we figured.. why not!!
You will notice this one is on Lori’s blog from a few years ago, but NO ONE else is carrying it! We've had a lot of customers ask about it, so here you go! Yay!

Uses Lori’s fabric lines Bee Basics, Bee Backgrounds, and Bee Backings! You can find everything you need in our shop! Over 19 yards of fabric included in this basic kit, plus the layer cake and the trim!!
Our BASIC kit contains all fabrics required for quilt top PLUS the large vintage trim (Cloud). IT DOES NOT include the pattern. If you are unfamiliar with her sew alongs, Lori uses her Sew Simple Shapes/Templates for her patterns, as well as a sew along guide posted on her blog and on Riley Blake's website. Add-ons available:
- Bee Happy Templates (Many people don't know this is Lori's pattern. Little plastic shapes you use WITH her sew along guide or her blog for the PATTERN.) YOU WILL NEED her templates to complete the quilt. We offer this as an option though, as some customers have previously purchased the templates elsewhere.
- Backing Fabric: We have all three backing options of Lori's 108" wide fabric that is part of the collection! 2.5 yards of 108" wide fabric needed! They are pictured in this listing, they are the sewing forms on mint, white, or pink! IF YOU'RE NOT sure about these fabrics, we do have all her other backings in stock. Just click here to see them! We also have lots of yardage, and can create a custom order if you'd like something specific.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a set of the TEMPLATES (SEW SIMPLE SHAPES) This is what Lori uses for her patterns, as well as instructions on her blog.
Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet is FAMOUS - for her Quilt-Alongs. Sew many people love her easy to follow designs, tutorials, applique tools, fabric lines and her personal comments on Instagram!
