Quilting and Sewing Classes

Classes at RebsFabStash!

RebsFabStash is now offering in-person classes! These classes take place in our large classroom space at our location at 1500 Levick St. in Moscow, Idaho.

Open Sew

Would you like some space to get together with friends to sew? Open Sew grants you access to our classroom space for a day, including use of expansive table space, ironing tables, cutting mats, and more! It is recommended you bring your own sewing machine and supplies. We now have a limited number of sewing machines available to rent for $10 per day.

Cost $5 per person

Beginning Quilting Course

This course includes six comprehensive class sessions which will guide you through the process of making a quilt using one of our quilt kits *details coming soon!

The sessions are broken down as follows:

Session 1: Tools of the Trade

Session 2: Design Decisions

Session 3 & 4: Making the Quilt

Session 5: Quilt the Quilt

Session 6: Finishing the Quilt

Cost is $240 for all six courses

* Single class sessions are available for $50. Basic Knowledge of the previous sessions is required.

Beginner Sewing Class - Youth (9 and older)

New to sewing? We've got you covered!

In this course you will learn how to make a travel pillowcase along with all the ins and outs of using a sewing machine and constructing with fabric. You will get to learn the basic machine operations and explore fun stitch options including making a stitch swatch!

Scrap Stashers Class

Have too many scraps and not enough projects? We've got you covered!

Join us for some fun busting your scrap stash! We will explore ideas on how to put your scraps to good use. Retrieve some scraps from their hiding places (any colour, shape or size) and the usual sewing/quilting supplies, as well as any specialty rulers you like, or ones you haven't tried yet and let's see what we can create!

Cost is $25 per person
