Quilting with a Walking Foot Class

Explore ways to quilt your quilt with just a walking foot on a domestic sewing machine. 

Class Fee: $50.00

Class supplies:  a sewing machine with the option to lower the feed dogs, walking foot (aka even feed foot), prepared quilting sandwiches from 12" to 16" square (batting with a layer of fabric on both sides), erasable marking pen and general quilting supplies. Preferred but not essential: grid line templates, chalk liners or pounce pad. If possible please bring at least 1 "sandwich" with a top that has been pieced.

This class starts at 10AM and runs until 2PM. 

The quilt pictured below is a quilting example only.  In class we will be working on swatches.

****10% discount for in store purchases on the day of class. Does not include class fee, class kits/patterns and sewing machine rental. Not applicable for Open Sew sessions. **

Please bring a sewing machine, thread, and tools (rulers, scissors, rotary cutters, etc). These supplies are also available for purchase in the shop, and a limited number of sewing machines are available to rent for $10.

All classes take place at our location at 1500 Levick St. in Moscow, Idaho.

Parking is at the back of the building.
